This first video covers the tools needed for hand-stamped metal jewelry including “Why you should use a 1 lb. hammer” and how you should hold it. Run time is just a bit over 7 minutes… and filled with the basics to get your started stamping metal charms.
In this next video we learn to practice before stamping on the “real” charm. I also see that “going with the flow” and who cares if your letters are little “wonky” is Okay. Nice…
The pendant created in this video is made with a 1″ circle (24 gauge) sterling silver. The stamps used 3/32 size letters.
